I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients. My areas of expertise are in weight loss, weight training, modification exercises for those with physical or medical limitations, clients recovering from post surgical procedures and NESTA Core Conditioning Specialist.

You get to choice where you like to begin or set up a consultation with me to determine you fitness plan. **Pricing will only be discussed during consultation not over email or texting.
Beginners package recommendation (30* minutes) also available 45* 60* minutes sessions.
Monthly plan that includes a nutritional meal plan, accountability chart and supplemental advice.
